Information used
We store your Shopify shop domain, currency, timezone, product/variant identifiers and titles, price snapshots, sale schedules and audit records to execute approved sales and restore prices. Shopify authentication sessions can include staff account names, email, user identifiers and access/refresh tokens. We do not request customer, order, payment card or shipping data.
Purpose and sharing
Data is used only to authenticate the app, operate sales, troubleshoot failures and fulfil deletion requests. Necessary data is processed by Shopify and the hosting infrastructure selected by the operator. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Retention and security
Completed sale snapshots are kept for 90 days. Unfinished sales remain saved for recovery. Store data and authentication sessions are deleted when Shopify sends a verified shop-redaction request. Customer privacy requests are acknowledged; no customer records are held. Hosting must use restricted access, encrypted storage and transport, and encrypted backups. Backup copies should expire within 30 days; the operator must implement that retention policy.
Uninstall and your choices
Uninstall revokes access and stops jobs; it does not restore prices. Finish all sales first. For access, correction, deletion or a list of current hosting subprocessors, email manishkapoor0996@gmail.com. The operator must keep hosting details and this policy accurate before public launch.
